What same day dispatch actually means
Same day dispatch means your order leaves us on the same working day you place it, as long as you order before the daily cut off. At Wise DTF Prints the cut off is 1pm. Place your order before then, with print ready artwork, and most sheet sizes ship that day. Orders after the cut off are processed the next working day.
Dispatch is not the same as delivery. Once your transfers leave us, delivery time depends on the courier service you choose at checkout. Next day options get your film to you the following working day in most of the UK.

DTF transfers arrive fully printed and ready to press. There is no weeding, cutting or masking, which removes the slow steps you get with vinyl. How to qualify for same day dispatch
- Order before the 1pm cut off on a working day.
- Upload a high resolution PNG with a transparent background.
- Choose a stocked sheet size such as A5, A4 or A3.
- Make sure your payment clears at checkout.
Large custom rolls and very big runs can need extra production time, so plan those a little earlier. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm the timing.
Tips to avoid delays
Most delays come from artwork, not printing. Send files at the correct size with a transparent background and a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Avoid low quality images pulled from social media. If a file looks unclear we contact you before printing, which protects your quality but can add time. Getting the file right first time keeps your order on the fast track.
Plan ahead for busy seasons
Same day dispatch is reliable, but peak periods like Christmas and Halloween bring a rush. During these windows, order earlier in the day and keep your best selling designs stocked. For mixed jobs, a DTF gang sheet lets you print several designs on one sheet, which saves both money and time.
