DTF Printing Basics
What is DTF printing, and how is it different from screen printing?
DTF printing transfers full-colour designs onto a film that you heat press onto fabric. It does not need screens or weeding and works on many fabric types.

Can I order DTF prints for personal use?
Yes. You can order even if you need only a few prints for gifts or personal projects.
What makes your DTF sheets different?
We use quality film and inks with careful colour control. This helps prints press clean, stretch well, and stay consistent.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. For large or repeat orders, contact us for custom pricing options.
Do I need special equipment to use DTF transfers?
You need a heat press, parchment paper, and a clean garment. A household iron does not work for DTF.
File Upload & Design Guidelines
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, and AI files. PNG files with a transparent background work best.
What artwork resolution should I use?
We recommend 300 DPI. Lower-resolution files may print blurry or pixelated.
Can I place multiple designs on one sheet?
Yes. You can submit gang sheets, especially for A3 and roll sizes. Please leave proper spacing between designs.
Do you help with design changes?
We do not create designs, but we review files before printing. We provide basic layout or sizing guidance at no extra cost.
How do I upload my design during checkout?
On the product page, use the File Upload option before adding the item to your cart.
What if my file has an issue?
If something looks unclear, we contact you before printing. We do not print problem files without confirmation.
Ordering & Payment
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available. An account helps you track orders and reorder easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe, and major debit cards. Checkout is SSL secured.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, if printing has not started. Once printing begins, changes may not be possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout. If you face an issue, contact us before completing payment.
Do you charge tax?
Taxes apply where required and show clearly at checkout.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. If you have an account, your past uploads stay saved for easy reordering.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We usually process orders within 24–48 hours. Shipping then takes around 2–5 business days.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. You receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not shipped.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do not offer express shipping at this time. If your order is urgent, contact us and we will try to help.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We recommend using a street address. PO Boxes may cause delays.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If tracking does not update for over five business days, contact us. We will assist with the courier.
Heat Press & Application Support
What heat press settings should I use?
Press at 160–170°C for 10–15 seconds. Use medium pressure, cold peel, then repress with parchment paper.
Which fabrics work with DTF transfers?
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas, and more. No pre-treatment is needed.
Can I use a home iron instead of a heat press?
No. Home irons do not give even heat or pressure.
When should I peel the film?
Let the print cool fully before peeling. DTF is a cold peel process.
Why is my print not sticking properly?
This is often due to low pressure, wrong temperature, or early peeling. Check settings or contact us for help.
When can I wash the garment?
Wait 24 hours before washing. Wash cold, use a gentle cycle, and avoid bleach.
Returns, Refunds & Support
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because prints are custom-made, returns apply only to damaged or incorrect items.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within seven days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I request a reprint?
If the error is on our side, yes. If the issue came from the uploaded file, free reprints may not apply.
