File Upload & Design Guidelines
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, and AI files. PNG with transparent background is preferred for best results.
What resolution should my artwork be?
We recommend 300 DPI resolution. Low-resolution files may print pixelated or blurry.
Can I gang multiple designs into one sheet?
Yes! Especially on rolls and A3, you can submit gang sheets. Just ensure proper spacing and sizing.
Do you offer design assistance?
We don’t create designs, but we’ll review your file and let you know if adjustments are needed. Basic formatting help is free.
How do I upload my design during checkout?
When placing your order on a product page (A4, A3, Roll), you’ll see a “File Upload” button. Attach your design before adding to cart.
What happens if my design has a problem?
If your file is low quality or unclear, our team will email or WhatsApp you before printing. We don’t print unclear files without confirmation.
Ordering & Payment
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. But creating an account helps you view your orders, downloads, and updates easily.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Processing time is 24–48 hours. After that, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days via courier.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we can update the address.
Do you offer rush/express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express delivery — but we always try to prioritize urgent orders when possible. Contact us if needed.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We recommend using a street address to ensure fast and accurate delivery. PO Box shipping may cause delays.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no updates for 5+ business days, contact us. We’ll assist with resolving the issue with the carrier.
Application & Heat Press Support
What are the correct heat press settings for your DTF sheets?
Use 160–170°C (320–338°F) for 10–15 seconds. Apply medium pressure, cold peel, and repress with parchment paper.
What type of fabrics can I press DTF sheets onto?
You can apply DTF transfers to cotton, polyester, blends, denim, canvas, and more — no pretreatment needed.
Can I use a household iron instead of a heat press?
No. A home iron won’t provide even pressure or heat, which is essential for proper transfer.
Do I need to wait before peeling the film?
Yes. Let the sheet cool completely before peeling. DTF is a cold peel method for best results.
Why is my design not sticking properly?
It could be low pressure, incorrect temp, or early peeling. Always follow our application guide or reach out for help.
Can I wash the garment immediately after pressing?
Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Use cold water, gentle cycle, and avoid harsh detergents or bleach.
Return, Refund & Support
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all DTF sheets are custom-printed, returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective prints.
What should I do if I receive a damaged sheet?
Contact us within 7 days with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I request a reprint if my design was printed wrong?
If the mistake is on our side, yes. If the file had issues not reported by you, we may not be able to reprint for free.
