At Wise DTF Prints, we are committed to delivering the highest quality DTF transfer sheets to meet your expectations and help you achieve the best printing results. Every product we produce is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, we understand that questions or concerns may occasionally arise. This policy explains our approach to refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure full transparency.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Products
All Wise DTF Prints products are custom-printed to the exact specifications and designs you provide. Since each order is made-to-order and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects.
We strongly recommend:
- Uploading high-resolution, print-ready design files (PNG, AI, PDF)
- Carefully reviewing the size, quantity, and other order details before checkout
- Reading our application and file preparation guidelines to avoid errors
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues resulting from:
- Low-quality, blurry, or improperly sized design files
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout
- Mistakes made during the heat pressing or application process
We aim to help you get it right the first time — if you need help preparing your file, don’t hesitate to reach out to us before ordering!
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our DTF transfers. However, if you receive an order that is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged during transit
- Contains a clear manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When you contact us about a damaged or defective item, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the defective product and the original packaging
Once verified, we will offer you one of the following:
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
We reserve the right to request that defective items be returned to us before issuing a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at:
If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Products where the supplied design was incorrect, low-quality, or improperly sized
- Transfers that have been applied, used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer
- Orders reported as defective after more than 48 hours of delivery
