At Wise DTF Prints, we proudly supply high-quality custom DTF transfers across the UK. Every order is printed to your exact design and carefully checked before dispatch.

Because our products are custom-made to your artwork, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail shops. This page clearly explains how returns, refunds and replacements work — in simple and honest terms.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Custom & Personalised Products

All products purchased from:

are custom-printed to the exact artwork and sizes you upload.

Since each order is made specifically for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect artwork uploaded

  • Low-resolution or blurry files

  • Errors made during heat pressing or application

We strongly recommend reviewing your artwork, size and quantity carefully before checkout. If you are unsure about your file, our team is always happy to help before you place your order.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

We do accept returns for manufacturing defects or items damaged during delivery.

If you believe your order is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if damage occurred during transit)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (where appropriate)

Return shipping costs for verified defective products are covered by us.

3. What Is Considered a Manufacturing Defect?

Examples include:

  • Incorrect print size compared to order

  • Print quality issues caused by production error

  • Missing items from your order

  • Damage during delivery

Application mistakes, incorrect heat press settings, or file quality issues are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

If there is a genuine defect, we will provide a replacement instead.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

As we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Once production has started, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
