Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Timescales

  • Standard delivery across the United Kingdom takes an estimated 1–3 business days once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Deliveries are carried out primarily through Royal Mail UK. On occasion, we may use alternative trusted courier services if this ensures faster or more secure delivery.
  • Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do everything possible to ensure your parcel arrives promptly, factors outside our control (such as postal strikes, severe weather or courier delays) may affect delivery times.

Shipping Charges

  • Our standard shipping rate is £7.99 per order.
  • For larger or heavier consignments, or for customers requiring premium services such as next-day delivery, charges may vary. Any such costs will be clearly shown during checkout, before you confirm your purchase.

Order Tracking

  • When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • For services with tracking, tracking details will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
  • Where tracking is not available, proof of dispatch can be supplied upon request.

Delivery Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • WISE DTF PRINTS LTD cannot be held liable for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you are not available when a delivery attempt is made, the courier (e.g. Royal Mail) will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.
  • Should a parcel be returned to us as undeliverable, additional charges may apply to cover re-shipment.

Damaged, Delayed or Lost Deliveries

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs of the packaging and contents, so that we may resolve the matter promptly.
  • If you believe your order has been delayed or lost, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will liaise with the courier service and take appropriate action, which may include arranging a replacement or issuing a refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Geographic Coverage

At present, we only ship orders within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with an address outside the UK will not be fulfilled.
