DTF Gang Sheets

A DTF gang sheet is one sheet of transfer film printed with many designs at once, so you pay for the sheet rather than for each design. At Wise DTF Prints you can build one online in A4, A3 or 1 metre (58cm x 100cm) sizes, from £2.19 a sheet, and it is printed ready to press in our Putney workshop with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm. A 1 metre sheet holds roughly 40 chest prints or 150 small logos with 5mm gaps, which works out at pence per transfer.

Gang sheets arrive whole; cut between the designs when you are ready to press. Keep 5mm between designs in your layout, group designs by garment colour, and read the artwork guidelines for pixel sizes at 300 DPI. Pressing is the same as any DTF transfer: 160 to 170°C, 10 to 15 seconds, cold peel, then a second press with parchment.
