Gang sheet cutting service at a glance
Add the cutting service to your basket alongside any DTF gang sheet and we cut every design apart before dispatch, so your transfers arrive separated, sorted and ready to press straight out of the pack. It costs £2 per gang sheet and saves 15 to 30 minutes of scissor work on a full 1 metre sheet.
How it works
- Build or upload your gang sheet as usual.
- Add this cutting service to the same basket, one per sheet you want cut.
- We print the sheet, cut around each design with a straight margin of about 3 to 5mm, and pack the pieces flat.
Good to know
- Designs are cut as rectangles or simple shapes, not contour-cut to the artwork edge.
- Leave at least 5mm between designs in your layout so there is room for a clean cut.
- Very small pieces (under 3cm) are bagged together.
- Same-day dispatch still applies when the order is placed before 1pm.

Every transfer is printed in our Putney, London workshop on 75 micron film with CMYK plus white ink, checked by a printer before it ships, and dispatched the same working day when you order before 1pm. Pre-press every garment for 3 to 5 seconds first, let the film cool fully before peeling, and wait 24 hours before the first wash.
